Policy / public record
Acceptable use policy
This policy protects the public website, product infrastructure, connected systems, and people whose engineering activity may be measured.
Effective dateEffective on public launch
01
Where this policy applies
This policy applies to the public website and to any evaluation, subscription, synchronization, or support service supplied by Clavinci. Customer organizations must also apply appropriate workforce, security, and acceptable-use rules to their users and connected systems.
02
Prohibited activity
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, harass people, discriminate, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or disrupt systems.
You must not submit credentials, secrets, source code, prompt bodies, response bodies, or other prohibited content to fields that are designed only for telemetry and identifiers.
- No unauthorized security testing or destructive load testing
- No deceptive identity, affiliation, or source attribution
- No scraping that materially degrades the service or evades published controls
- No use of product access to monitor people beyond the authorization and notice established by the deploying organization
03
Responsible workplace measurement
Clavinci must not be used to create hidden employee surveillance, rank people by isolated activity counts, or make high-impact employment decisions from product output alone.
Deploying organizations should provide notice, define the purpose, limit access, preserve a dispute path, and use aggregate views where an individual view is not necessary. Clavinci's technical safeguards support that process but do not replace organizational governance.
04
Enforcement
The operator may investigate credible misuse and may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect people or systems. Where practical, the operator will consider severity, intent, recurrence, and remediation before taking action.
Illegal activity and credible threats may be reported to appropriate authorities. Records will be preserved only as permitted and necessary.
05
Report misuse
Report suspected abuse to the configured security or legal contact. Include the affected URL or service, time, evidence that can be shared safely, and a way to contact you. Do not include secrets or prohibited content in the report.
